Our valves are precision engineered to suit each application, with custom profiles designed to match your exact requirements. Each valve is manufactured from a single piece 21-4N premium steel forging using CNC machinery, and is available in a range of stem sizes.
We take pride in producing some of the highest quality engine valves in Australia.
Key variables such as valve length, margin thickness, valve head size, dishing, undercutting valve stem, can all be tailored to your needs (subject to valve blank parameters).
Additional processes such as hard tipping and tuffttriding are available, increasing valve durability.
We also offer modification of existing off-the-shelf valves.

SPRING RETAINERS AND SPRING SEATS
Custom valve spring retainers and spring seats can be designed and manufactured from 4140 chrome-moly steel, providing an ideal solution where suitable off-the-shelf options are limited or unavailable. Titanium material also available upon request.
